Welcome to this month's Stamp 'N Hop Blog Hop. The theme this month is CASE from pInterest. Like many crafters I use pInterest to find ideas for cards, scrapbook layout and other ideas around the home and garden. When I saw this month's theme I though Oh good I can find something to CASE. Then when it came to it I was undecided what card I would CASE as there were so many to choose. The card I decided to CASE was a card by Patti Dolan of P. S. Papercrafts.com which had a link to her website...

Welcome to this month's Blog Hop Welcome to this month's Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog Hop This month's theme is to incorporate RIBBON into a layout. This year I have decided that I want to scrapbook all my old family photographs rather than keeping them away in a box. For this project I want to keep it simple but try to show off the photographs as most are either black and white, sepia or copies of originals. As this month's theme is to use ribbon I immediately thought of my nanna's wedding...

Welcome to this month's Blog Hop The theme this month is Easter When I think of Easter I think of fluffy bunnies and my favourite bunny is Peter Rabbit. So one of my go to stamp sets for Easter is Fable Friends. For my cards this month I made a 10 cm x 10 cm card base. I then stamped four bunny stamps and coloured them in using watercolour pencils and a blender pen. I then fussy cut them out. Next I chose the card stock for the mat layers and stick these to the card base. I needed to then...

Welcome to this month's blog hop. The theme for this month is Black and White photos I love looking at old black and white photographs especially the ones that show what the fashions were at the time photo was taken. Whilst I was looking through my family photos I found two from when my parents were engaged and they went on holiday with my dad's parents to Great Yarmouth in June 1964. They married in September 1964. As they photos were taken at the sea side I decided to use the Come Sail Away...
Stamptastic Friends March 2020 Blog Hop
Welcome to this month's Blog Hop This month's theme is Easter For my project this month I have chosen to use the Fable Friends stamp set as it has a lovely bunny on it. I started by stamping three bunnies onto a piece of Whisper White Card Stock. These I then coloured in using water colouring pencils and a blender pen. Next I stamped Easter Greetings onto a strip of Whisper White card. Next I chose the Birthday Bonanza designer series paper from the Designer Series Paper samples which are...
Stamp ‘N Hop March 2020 Blog Hop
Welcome this this month's Stamp 'N Hop blog hop. The theme for this month is Girls/Boys. When I think of younger girls and boys cards I always think of Peter Rabbit or Bunnykins which are popular in the UK. Peter Rabbit was introduced by Beatrix Potter and Bunnykins by Royal Doulton pottery. Luckily we have a wonderful stamp set that fits both of these and that is the Fable Friends stamp set. I was shown this card last year by Michelle Bryant, another demo, who did this as her card swap at one...

Welcome to this month's Blog Hop The Theme for this month's blog is a Colour Challenge based on the colour GREEN. When I saw this month's theme I immediately thought of leaves and jungle. So the first stamp sets I went for were Tropical Chic and Animal Outing. I started with a Mint Macaron mat layer and die cut a rectangle out to make a frame. Then I stamped the image of the Rhino onto Whisper White card stock using Memento Ink Pad. I used the Shaded Spruce, Old Olive and Granny Apple Green...
Colour Combo March 2020 Blog Hop
Welcome to this month's Blog Hop I cannot believe that we are already in March and what better colours to have this month than Melon Mambo, Crushed Curry and Blushing Bride. These three colours remind me of the spring flowers that are just coming into flower - Daffodils and tree blossom. Card Project I started my card by looking to see what stamp set I could use and how I could make a card without having a cutting machine. I chose the Floral Essence stamp set and Perennial Flower punch as...

Welcome to this month's Ink & Share Blog Hop The Theme for this month is LOVE When I hear the words LOVE I tend to think of hubby and family but LOVE can be for anything you enjoy and get a warm feeling from. So for this month's theme I decided to do a layout around cream teas which I love especially if it is a Gluten Free one. I have a few photos of cream teas that I had had either with hubby or friends so decided to use those. This enabled me to use the stamp set Tea Together and...
Stampin Friends February 2020 Blog Hop
Welcome to this month's Stampin Friends Blog Hop. The theme for this month is Favourites. This is an easy one for me as I love anything with Butterflies on and we have a few stamp sets and dies which fit this category. I decided to go for the Butterfly Beauty dies as you can die cut so many different butterflies. My Project I have been working with Sandra Roberts (my upline) on a Techniques Folder so that I can remember the different techniques and refer back if I get stuck. I love working...
