The theme for this month is #simplestamping

Simple stamping is where you have a stamp set, ink pad and some card stock. So for this blog I chose the Forever Fern stamp set, the NEW In Color Just Jade, both ink pad and card stock, and Whisper White card stock.

First I made a 10cm x 10cm card base using the Whisper White card stock. Then I cut a 9.5cm x 9.5cm mat layer using Just Jade card stock.

Next I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock 9cm x 9cm. On this piece of card stock I used the Just Jade ink pad and two stamps from the Forever Fern stamp set to make my own background paper.

I love it when you can make your own background paper just by using simple stamping.

Once I have finished stamping the background I stuck it onto the Just Jade mat layer and then onto the card base.

To finish the cards off I chose a sentiment and using the Just Jade ink pad stamped it onto Whisper White card stock. Then I cut a triangle out of one end using scissors and mounted the sentiment onto the card using Stampin Dimensionals.
