Welcome to the Friends of SUBA December blog hop.  We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrator friends that have met through attending fantastic Simply Unique Business Angels courses, run by Louise Sims and Pip Todman, to help with the technology side of our business.  They are highly recommended by all of us.  You can find out more here.

Whether you have just join our blog hop or hopped over from Carrie I hope you enjoy our projects.

Our theme this month is Pre-order/Sale-a-bration sneak peeks

Being a demonstrator means that I can see the new catalogues and order from them a month before they are available to the public.  I am so excited with the 2019 Occasions Catalogue as it has loads of lovely products including TWO Butterfly suites.  Of course I had to buy both bundles.

For this blog I decided to continue using the Butterfly Gala Bundle.

As it will soon be Christmas I like to make my own thank you cards so this is what I came up this afternoon.

I chose to use the Gingham Gala Card stock pack which has Highland Heather, Balmy Blue and Grapefruit Grove to make 10x10cm card bases.  I then stamped the large and small butterflies onto the card base using the same colour ink pad to make a lovely background.

The same butterfly stamps were then stamped in the colour ink onto Whisper White card stock and punched out.  I love being able to stamp two butterflies and punching both out at the same time.  These were then fixed to the front of the card with the ‘Just a Note’ sentiment stamped in Black Momento ink.

I decided to have two designs so a beginner could make one design and then be able to make the other design.

I hope you have enjoyed my projects as much as I have enjoyed making them.  I cannot wait until I can play with this suite again.

Welcome to another Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop

Hello you may have hopped over to me from the lovely Tracy and seen the lovely project she has done or you have just joined the Blog Hop with me.

THIS MONTH’S THEME IS THE New 2019 Occasions Catalogue.

As usual December is a busy month with birthdays and of course Christmas.  I was so excited to get to On Stage Birmingham in November where I received the new Occasions catalogue and various products.  I am so excited with this catalogue as it has not one butterfly bundle but TWO!!!!

I had to order the Butterfly Gala Bundle and the Beauty Abounds bundle.  As I had spent over £45 I could choose a Sale-a-bration item.   This is where I did a ‘happy dance’ as there are butterfly products to choose from so I chose the Butterfly Designer Series Paper.  Well all I can say about these papers is that they are amazing.

I was so excited to get them that I had to use them together with the Butterfly Duet Punch to make this month’s project.

For this project I chose to use Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather and Basic Black card stock, the Butterfly DSP and of course the Butterfly punch.

I was able to use the Butterfly punch to punch out some of the butterflies from the DSP so no stamping or colouring in for this project.

I hope you have enjoyed my project today.  Please do leave comments as you go through the blop hop.

Welcome to the Kre8tors December Blog Hop

Whether you have joined me from Jacqueline or just started this Blog Hop with me, you are sure to find some lovely projects.

This month’s theme as it is December is of course CHRISTMAS.

The project I have decided to do is 3D boxes.  Being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator means that I am able to get new ideas from my upline Sandra Roberts.  A couple of months ago we had a business builders meeting and we made these 3D boxes.

Many years ago a previous demonstrator had held a class where I shown how to make them but the box never quite looked right.  Getting the instructions from Sandra I have  found out it was missing the lid. 🙂

I chose to use the Under the Mistletoe designer papers so that they would match the curled paper wreath I had already made for another blog.

These 3D boxes do not require a lot of product or skill as they are so simple to make.  All you need is a piece of double sided paper, a bone folder, double sided tape, some card stock and ribbon.

Here is what I came up with:

I then made some for a local Christmas Craft Fayre and they went down a storm.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing my Christmas 3D boxes.  Please do leave comments as you hop around the blog hop.
