Welcome to Stampstatic Friends Blog Hop.

This month’s theme is making a sampler using the January to June Mini Catalogue.

We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrator friends who met through attending some business training provided by fellow demonstrators Pip Todman and Louise Sims.

I decided to make a poppy sampler I wanted to use the Peaceful Poppies Suite and the colours Melon Mambo and Basic Black.

How I made the Poppy Sampler

I started by cutting Basic Black and Whisper White squares and rectangles for the bases of each element.

Then came the fun bit trying out various designs and techniques. Some of the squares I have used the stamps from Painted Poppies and for the other squares I used the Peaceful Poppies Elements.

As you can see i used the Poppy Moments dies to make the poppies for the rectangles for the Poppy Sampler.

Here you can see how I used the Painted Poppies stamp set to stamp the poppies.

Here you can see how I used Basic Black card stock and the Peaceful Poppies Elements to make the final two squares.

To finish off the poppy sampler I laid the rectangles and squares as in the photo above and stuck them onto a 9″X 9″ piece of Whisper White card stock before finally putting it into a box frame.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing the Poppy Sampler I have made for this month’s theme.

I look forward to seeing you soon.

Until next time, keep stampin n crafting,
