Welcome to this month’s Stampin Dreams Blog Hop
The theme this month is favourite Designer Series Paper
This month I had no questions over what DSP I was going to use. I received my order last week and as soon as I saw the Whale of Time DSP I just wanted to use four of the papers to make a 12×12 layout.
So that is just what I did.
I used the four scenery papers and slightly cut them down to fit onto a sheet of 12×12 Night of Navy card stock so there was boarder around each piece. These I then stuck down using Tombow glue so I could wriggle them if needed to make a neat border.
Then using the Whale Done stamp set and matching inks I stamped:
- fish using Bumblebee
- turtle using Just Jade
- sea horses using Balmy Blue
- jelly fish using Calypso Coral
- whale using Pretty Peacock
As you can see adding a few bubbles (using Pretty Peacock) was all I needed to finish of the layout.
I do hope that by seeing my project that you will love this designer series paper as much as I do. I will of course be ordering another pack in my next order.

Imprssive! You are making me wish I purchased this paper!! I don’t live anywhere near a sea, so i didn’t think I would use it much, But you are giving me doubts now!!
This is stunning paper and not a lot is needed to get a great result. I really like the end result. Thank you for sharing.
