Welcome to this month’s Stamp ‘N Hop blog hop

The theme this month is the Mini Holiday Catalogue

Thank you for joining me this month. I have decided to show you a Building Block card I found on the Mixed Up Craft Facebook group hosted by Sam Calcott and decided to CASE it.

When I saw the Mini Holiday Catalogue I fell in love with the Poinsettia Place Suite and ordered it straight away.

To make the card base I decided to use Thick Whisper White card stock and used the Paper Trimmer to cut and scored the card.

Then I chose one of the sheets from the Poinsettia Place Designer Series Paper which I cut to size and mounted onto Garden Green card stock before sticking on to the card base.

I decided to die cut the poinsettia out using the Poinsettia Dies and the NEW Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine before adding Wink of Stella to make the petals shimmer. I then added a Beaded Gem to the centre. The greenery was die cut using the same dies and Garden Green card stock.

Finally I decided to add a smaller poinsettia to the top corner of the card and used a Pearl Basic Jewel for the middle.

I hope that this project has given you an idea to have a go at making this card and/or using the Poinsettia Place Suite products.
