Stamp 'n Hop Colour Challenge Title showing the colours Misty Moonlight, Crumb Cake and Mossy Meadow

Welcome to this month’s Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop

The theme this month is a Colour Challenge

These three colours I would not normally use together but I decided to use them with the Blossoms in Bloom bundle to make a couple of quick and easy cards.

Simple stamping cards using Blossoms in Bloom bundle

I started off with two Misty Moonlight card bases and two Basic White mat layers.

Next I stamped the main Blossom in Bloom image using Misty Moonlight ink and the leaf image using Mossy Meadow.

Card 1 – Simple Stamping

I wanted one card to be simple stamping so I stamped a sentiment onto the mat layer using Misty Moonlight ink before sticking to the card base.

Card 2 – Using Dies

To make this card different to the simple stamping card I die cut the outline using the die from Many Layered Blossoms dies and Crumb Cake card stock.

I stuck it onto the stamped image using a sponge to add multipurpose glue to the back of the card stock. This ensures that you do not use too much glue and it coming through.

I stamped the same sentiment using Misty Moonlight ink onto Basic White card stock before punching it out using the Label Me Pretty punch. Next I trimmed the long edges to make it thinner and stuck it to another punched shape from Crumb Cake card stock.

I hope you have enjoyed the cards I have made using the colours Misty Moonlight, Crumb Cake and Mossy Meadow. Why not choose a stamp set and have a go at using these colours.

Thank you for visiting my blog today remember keep Stampin n crafting.
