Welcome to this month’s Stamptastic Friends Blog Hop.
This Month’s Theme is Fun with DSP.
When I saw this month’s theme I knew exactly that I wanted to make a card using coloured in black and white papers. I love Black and White papers as I can colour them in using any of the Stampin’ Up! colours that are available.
How I made my Celebration Card using Coloured In Papers.

First I cut an A5 portrait card base using Basic White card stock. Next I cut a mat layer using Basic Gray card stock and stuck it to the Basic White card base.
Now for the FUN bit. I cut another mat layer but this time I used one of the Black and White sheets from the Botanical Textures Designer Series Papers.
I then used the Granny Apple Green Blends both Light and Dark to colour in the leaves. Next I cut a strip of the same Designer Series Paper and coloured in the Background using the Melon Mambo Light Blend.
I then cut the long strip into 3 smaller strips and added them to the coloured in Leaf mat layer.

How I made my sentiment for my Celebration Card using Coloured In Papers.
This was a really simple sentiment layer to do. As my celebration card is using coloured in papers I wanted to keep the sentiment very simple so that it did not detract from the coloured in papers.
I cut a strip of Basic White and stamped the ‘celebrate’ from the Wildflower Celebrations onto it using Black memento ink.
I then stuck this strip onto my coloured in paper before adding it to the card front. Simple!!
I really enjoyed spending time colouring in my black and white designer series papers and then using them to make my celebration card and I am really please in how it turned out.
Why not have a go at making a celebration card using your coloured in papers. It is really fun.
