I love this time of year as I am able to get FREE products when I order £45 in products. I chose one of my FREE products to make a friendship thank you card.

How I made my simple Friendship Thank You Card.

First I cut a portrait card base using Basic White Thick card stock. Next I cut a mat layer using Basic Gray card stock. Finally I cut a Basic White mat layer to stamp onto.

Next I stamped the large Dogwood image onto my Basic White mat layer using Black Memento ink. I then chose to colour it in using Stampin’ Blends. First I coloured in the flowers using Petal Pink (L&D) Blends before moving onto colouring in the leaves using Granny Apple Green (L&D) Blends. Next I coloured in the stems using Pecan Pie (L) Blend and finally the flower centres using Lemon Lolly (D) Blend.

Once I was happy with my colouring I stuck the stamped mat layer onto the card front.

How I finished off my Friendship Thanks You card.

First I stamped my sentiment from the Perennial Postage stamp set using Basic Gray ink onto a scrap of Basic white ink. I then stuck it to a Basic Gray mat layer before adding to the card front using mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. Finally I added some Basic Gray Classic Matte Dots to the card front.
