Welcome to this month’s Ink, Stamp, Share Blog Monthly Hop.

The theme this month is CASE the Catty.

For this month’s theme I looked through the Annual Catalogue and the January to April Mini Catalogue. I found quite a few that I could CASE but as I had just received the Dainty Delight Bundle in this weeks order I decided to make the Foloral Tank You card which is on page 77 of the January to April mini catalogue.

In case you are wondering what CASE means it is when you Copy And Share Everything so I will be making the card as shown in the Annual Catalogue but changing the sentiment and colours.

How I made my Floral Thank You card

I started off with a Granny Apple Green card base. Next I cut a Basic White mat layer to fit the card base. I then stamped the large floral design from the Dainty Delight stamp set using Shade Spruce ink.

Next I used Balmy Blue and a blending brush to smooch ink around the stamped image. I then coloured in the stamped image using Granny Apple Blends and Highland Heather Blends. I also went over the stems using Granny Apple Green to make them look slightly smudged. For the teeny tiny flowers near the top of the stamped image i used a Blending pen and Petal Pink ink.

Once I was happy with my colouring I stuck this mat layer onto the card base.

How I finished my Floral Thank You card.

Next I die cut some flowers using Petal Pink card stock and the flower centres using So Saffron card stock. I stuck the flower centres onto the middle of each flower and added the flowers to the card using the Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. Next I stamped the ‘Thank You for your Kindness’ sentiment onto Soft Sea Foam card stock and added to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Finally I added some Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels to the card.
