Stamptastic Friends Blog Hop

Welcome to this month’s Stamptastic Friends Blog Hop

This Month’s Theme is to Share a Craft Technique

One craft technique that I have not used for a while is the Triple Time Stamping technique. It is a really simple technique ideal to step up a card design.

How I made my card using the Triple Time Stamping Technique

First I cut a card base from Basic White Thick card stock. I then cut a 9.5cm x 13.8cm Basic White mat layer. Next I cut a Basic White piece 7cm x 7cm and a Basic White piece 8cm x 3.5cm but you could cut these to any size you want. I stuck these piece onto the Basic White large mat layer using a very small strip of Seal as once stamped I will need to remove them.

Next I stamped the flower head from the Color & Contour stamp set using Polished Pink ink. Once the outlines were stamped I then filled them in using the inside stamp. Next I stamped the leaf image using Granny Apple Green ink. Once I was happy with the stamping I separated the mat layers.

How I finished off my card using the Triple Time Stamping Technique

I then cut some Basic Black mat layers to fit my Basic White mat layers before sticking them onto the large mat layers. Next I stamped a sentiment from the Very Best Occasions stamp set (as I had forgotten to do it before I finished off stamping my flowers and leaves. Whoops)

Once the mat layers were stuck down I added them to the card base and finished off by adding some Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing this craft technique and please do have a go yourself and share your finished card onto my Facebook page.

Until next time, keep stampin n crafting,
