SUBA logo

We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrator friends that have met through attending fantastic Simply Unique Business Angels courses, run by Louise Sims and Pip Todman, to help with the technology side of our business.  They are highly recommended by all of us.  You can find out more here.

Last weekend saw us attending our Stampin’ Up! Local On Stage event at Telford. As a demonstrator we get the chance to attend On Stage twice a year. This is an event where we meet up with other SU demos, swap cards, see the new products coming out in the Annual Catalogue and of course we get a few freebies to take home.

This month’s blog hop is showcasing the card swaps we did a part of an organised swap, plus we got to catch up with each other and have our photo taken.

For my swap I found a technique on Pinterest where you use an embossing folder to emboss a coloured piece of card and then using a sponge dauber and the Stampin’ Up! white craft ink pad smooch ink over the raised areas. It is so simple to do but the effect is amazing.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. Please leave comments as you hop around and see what lovely card swaps the other SUBA demos made.
