We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrator friends that have met through attending fantastic Simply Unique Business Angels courses, run by Louise Sims and Pip Todman, to help with the technology side of our business.  They are highly recommended by all of us.  You can find out more here.

Whether you have just join our blog hop or hopped over from Carrie, I hope you enjoy our projects using this month’s theme of Spring.

As the theme this month is Spring I decided to do a scrapbook layout following the theme of a couple of my previous blogs of the Seasons.  Autumn and Winter have been already done.

So here is my Spring Layout.

Following the previous season layouts I carried on using the Sheltering Trees stamp set to make a line of trees along the bottom using Early Espresso ink pad and Pear Pizzazz for the grass.  For the blossoms on the trees I used Blushing Bride and Powder Pink ink pads.

I decided to die cut the branch from Seasonal Layers Framelits to make a stencil and using a sponge dauber sponged Early Espresso through the stencil.  This gave a more muted look for the branches.

I carried on the colour scheme by stamping flowers from the Colourful Seasons Stamp set in Powder Pink onto the branches and using Blushing Bride to stamp the flowers onto Powder Pink card stock and die cut using the Seasonal Layers Framelits.

I used Pear Pizzazz and Powder Pink card stock to mount the photo.  For the title I used Make a Difference stamp set and Pear Pizzazz to stamp SPRING onto the Powder Pink card stock and stuck a Rhinestone above the letter I.

To finish off the scrapbook layout I used Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to stick the die cut flowers onto the photo and title.

I hope that my scrapbook layout has given you some ideas.  Please do leave comments as you hop around.  Please click on the Next button to visit Gina and she what project she has done for Spring.

Until next time happy stampin’ and crafting,

Cheryl
