Welcome to this month’s Colour Combo Blog Hop.
This month’s three colours are Shaded Spruce, Pool Party and Flirty Flamingo.
The stamp sets I have used for my card are Buffalo Check and In Every Season.
I decided to use the Buffalo Check background stamp to stamp onto a layer of Whisper White. I like how it has some uninked areas. Then I stamped three of the flower stamps onto Whisper White card stock and die cut them out using one of the Layering Square framelits. I used a slightly bigger one to die cut matching squares in Shaded Spruce card stock.
Then came the fun part – colouring them in. I decided to use the Stampin’ Markers as they have a lovely small tip which made colouring these images a doddle. These images were then stuck to the Shaded Spruce squares and mounted onto the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
To finish off the card I stuck the ‘topper’ onto a Shaded Spruce card base.
I hope you have enjoyed seeing my card using these lovely colours. Please do leave comments as you hop around looking at the other demo’s projects using these three colours.
Until next time
Happy stamping

Wonderful card design. I love the background and the way you have framed the images. 🙂
Oh, how fun! You inspire me:) I bought these flowers, colored a few and made the scalloped square mats, but never did do anything with them. They look awesome and I too like the affect of the imperfect buffalo check background. TFS
Sehr schön geworden. Gefällt mir sehr gut. LG Birgit ?
Awesome design – I love that stampset – haven’t used it much though – thank you for your inspiration
Wonderful design – I love the the splotches of white in the Buffalo check image.
This is a fun layout and perfect with the small images in that stamp set.
A very nice card.
It’s always great how many demonstrators from all over the world participate in this BlogHop.
