WELCOME KITš¦
The first kit every Paper Pumpkin subscriber receives is called a Welcome Kit because it includes a Paper Pumpkin Clear Stamp Block as a gift from us. The clear block works with all Paper Pumpkin stamps so you need to hang onto it to use with future kits.

IMPORTANT DATES EACH MONTH
In addition to a surprise project every month, subscribers enjoy extra perks including:
- 10th of each month – This is the last day to subscribe to receive the current month’s kit.
- 11th of each month – You are billed for the current month’s kit.Ā Once the kit is billed, it will start shipping.
- 11th of each month – The subscription begins for the new upcoming kit.
- 21st of each month – If inventory available, refills of the current month’s kit and the past kit from two months prior are released.Ā ie April Paper Pumpkin Kit will be available June/July.Ā Refills include everything in that month’s kit except the stamp set and the ink spot.Ā Past kits will include everything in that kit.
Plus every three months, Stampin’ Up! will release a new add-on as a special extension of the three kits in the upcoming quarter.Ā Each add-on is a set of dies.
Note:Ā Refills and past kits, add-ons are only available to active subscribers for purchase, while supplies last.

Why did I not get a clear block in my kit?
Blocks are only included in the Welcome Kit for new subscription purchases. You will not find a clear block in your monthly subscription after your first kit, in refills, or in past kits.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
Can I skip a month?
Yes, simply log into your Stampinā Up! account, open the account dropdown, and select Subscriptions. Click on the subscription you want to manage, then click Skip [MONTH] in the Need a Break Box on the right side of the screen on or before the 10th of the month to skip Paper Pumpkin for that month. If you skip any day past the 10th, the current month’s kit will bill and ship, and the following month’s kit will be skipped. Note: You wonāt be able to skip or modify a newly purchased subscription until after the first monthly kit(s) ship.
What if I need to cancel my subscription?
For a pay-as-you-go subscription, log into your Stampinā Up! account and open the account dropdown. Click on the subscription you want to manage, then click Cancel on or before the 10th of the month to cancel completely. If you cancel on (or after) the 11th of the month, youāll receive that monthās kit and will not receive any more Paper Pumpkin kits after that time. You CAN suspend for a month (at any time after the first shipment) and we will not count the suspended month against your prepaid subscription. For more information, please refer to theĀ Stampinā Up! When does my subscription expire?
A pay-as-you-go subscription will renew until you cancel it, and a prepaid subscription lasts for the duration of the purchased subscription. We will send an email with a link to the subscription product page to remind you and your subscribers when your prepaid subscription is about to expire.
When will I be charged?
A subscriberās first payment is at checkout. For a pay-as-you-go subscription, your selected payment method will be charged on the 11th day of each following active month.
