This month’s theme is Sale-a-bration and Occasional Catalogue

Whether you have just joined the Blog Hop or have come from looking at Cheryl’s lovely project, you will find some lovely projects to tempt you into having a go at doing your own projects.

For my projects I chose a stamp set for the Sale-a-bration catalogue called Happy Birthday To You. I have made a card for the three types of stamper, beginner, casual and avid.

Card Number 1 – Beginner Stamper

For the beginner stamper card I stamped the cake stamp onto Whisper White card stock and coloured it in using the water colour pencils which are available in two different packs.

Once the image was coloured in I used the Blender Pen to go over the top of the coloured pencil to blend the colours.

I stamped the sentiment in Bermuda Bay ink pad onto Whisper White card stock.

To make up the card I took a Whisper White card base and stuck a mat layer in Bermuda Bay card stock before attaching the stamped image and sentiment.

Card Number 2 – Casual Stamper

For my casual stamper card I started the same way but stamped another image of the cake but only coloured in the flowers. I then die cut the flowers out using the XXX coordinating dies.

The Flowers were then attached over the stamped ones so that they were raised.

Card Number 3 – Avid Stamper

Again I started the card as before, I die cut out the cake, flowers and cake stand from the Coordinating dies before mounting them onto the card. I chose not use a Whisper White mat layer so you could see the images clearer.
