Welcome to Kre8tors Blog Hop.

This month’s theme is of course is Christmas

Whether you have just joined the Blog Hop or have come from looking at Angie’s lovely project, you will find some lovely projects to tempt you into having a go at doing your own projects.

My favourite stamp set in the Holiday Catalogue has to be Yummy Christmas. I love seeing all the gingerbread houses being made at Christmas time and as this is an outline stamp it means I can do one of my favourite things, colouring in.

As I wanted to use this stamp set for my Christmas cards, I decided to use the Stamparatus so that I could mass produce these and if one of the images did not stamp properly I can re-stamp again and get a perfect image.

Next came the fun part of colouring in. I used the lovely Stampin’ Blends. The blends I used were Crumb Cake both dark and light, Real Red both dark and light, Old Olive both dark and light.

I then die cut the stamped image, die cut a stitched circle out of Real Red card stock and a Whisper White stitched rectangle for the sentiment.

As I wanted a wood effect for the background of the card I chose to use the Woodland embossing folder and Crumb Cake card stock. This was mounted onto a Whisper White card base. I then put all the other elements together and came up with this card.

Please do leave comments as you hop around looking all the lovely projects everyone have done.
